 Writing season is in full swing as my book release gets closer! I've been spending time at different coffee shops, soaking in the atmosphere and fine-tuning everything before Hot Chocolate and Heartbreak makes its way into the world.

Today, I’m at Steam Espresso Bar—solid vibes (9/10), rich coffee (9/10), and decent service (7/10). The creativity is flowing, and I’m also diving into Glass Hearts & Unspoken Goodbye by @kaylamcculloughpoetry—such a good read.

Every day brings me one step closer to seeing my book in bookstores. Grateful for the journey and all the support along the way! ☕✨ 

 Grateful for a break from editing Hot Chocolate and Heartbreak to dive into some new poetry at Sonder Coffee and Tea. Sometimes, a change of scenery (and a great cup of coffee) is exactly what’s needed. ☕✍️

Here’s to fresh inspiration and well-caffeinated creativity!  

 Spent the afternoon writing and editing poetry at the cozy Weathervane Cafe. The atmosphere had solid creative vibes—I'd rate it a 7.5/10. The coffee? Decent, but not life-changing, so it gets a 7/10. The service, though, was warm and attentive, earning a solid 8/10. Overall, a nice spot to let the words flow.  

 This might just be my last writing session for the book, and I braved the cold to make it happen at Little Owl Coffee. ❄️☕

The coffee? A solid 7/10. The vibes? 6/10—decent but nothing groundbreaking. The service, though? 8/10—super friendly and quick! 🖋️✨

It feels surreal to be wrapping up this chapter (pun intended) of my creative journey. Can’t wait to share the final product with you all soon! 📖
